At Zipette Dresses we realise that although our products are of a very high standard and care has been taken to describe each garment as accurately as possible, a customer may purchase an item that is not the fit. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. 

At Zipette Dresses every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us promptly via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Zipette Dresses will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Delivery fees will not be included in refund.
